Before purchasing a BELXX™ Spin Step check your vehicle for any obstructions below the hitch receiver. If there are any obstructions such as a spare tire it is important to measure so that your Spin Step will clear this object. If your obstruction is more than 12” behind the hitch pin hole, then it will not interfere with the step regardless of the drop size. Use the image above as a guide for measuring the clearance of your vehicle.

Return Policy

 

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund. Claims for shortages or damages will not be honored unless reported within five (5) business days from the date of delivery. There is a 15% re-stocking fee on any return that is not an error on our part. Products must be returned in new condition, including all original packaging, parts, and manuals. The value of any missing and/or damaged items will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you return an item that qualified for free shipping when ordered, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. It is your responsibility to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned item. Refunds will be in the same form previously accepted for payment. To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service department (support@9ea.695.myftpupload.com) with your order information and the reason for the return. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number which must be included with your return shipment.

BELXX.com Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within two (2) business days, MondayFriday, 8am – 5pm ET.  We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:  UPS.  If a tracking number is provided by the carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

The rate charged for shipping your order is based upon the size and weight of your products, as well as your location.  Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the shipping charge will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the portion of your order that is in stock.  When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.  You will not be charged additional shipping or handling for the second shipment.

BELXX™ Limited Warranty

Blue Square Products, LLC guarantees this product against any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship during normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or invoice, product registration card on file, or other proof of date of purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered.

Should a defect occur during the warranty period, contact our Customer Service department (support@9ea.695.myftpupload.com) with a brief description of the problem, along with digital photographs as required to support the claim.

Blue Square Products, LLC will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product. All replaced parts and products become the property of Blue Square Products, LLC. Repaired or replacement parts and products are guaranteed for the remainder of the original warranty period. You will be charged for materials and labor or replacement of the product after the expiration of the warranty period.

There are no express warranties except as listed above. BLUE SQUARE PRODUCTS, LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD.

This warranty only covers defects that occur during normal use. It does not extend to: (a) finish degradation, or other expected wear and tear, caused by normal use; (b) damage or failure caused by or attributable to acts of God, abuse, accident, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, failure to follow instruction, improper installation or maintenance, or alteration; (c) any repairs other than those provided by Blue Square Products, LLC; (d) cosmetic damage; (e) transportation, shipping, or insurance costs; (f) costs of product removal, installation, adjustment, or reinstallation.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives the owner specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights that may vary from state to state.
